This signed screen print in colours was produced by the renowned American artist and designer, KAWS in 2014. Coming in an edition size of 250, the print depicts a surreal composition of graphic shapes rendered in bold and vibrant colours. The silhouette of a cartoon character is rendered in yellow to the right of the composition, and a purple circle is given arms and a mouth and appears to be frowning.

The scene depicted is bizarre and nonsensical. The viewer can see the silhouette of a cartoon character rendered in yellow to the right of the composition. The cartoon character has a thick, green, snake-like shape wrapped around its body. Next to the figure is a purple circle which KAWS has added arms and a mouth to. The circle appears to be frowning; however it is unclear why or what it is looking at.
Made in 2014, this print was produced at a point in KAWS’ career when the artist had achieved international acclaim. KAWS has collaborated with notable celebrities such as Kanye West and Pharrell Williams, as well as brands like Nike, Comme Des Garçons and Uniqlo.
