Meaning & Analysis

"International Lonely Guy", the title of this work came straight from the mouth of Sir Elton John, based on the loneliness he experienced waking up in a new city alone, having spent much of his career on the road. Miller draws on this premise in this work, utilising the design he has become synonymous with. The vibrant orange colour is dirtied by dark smudges which in turn, dirties the off-white borders and black text.
